Fishing in her first Women’s Bassmaster Tour (WBT) event, Minn Kota/Humminbird Pro Kim Bain took first place by coming from behind on the final day of competition. Bain came back from 20th place to win the WBT event held at Lewisville Lake in Texas. The 27-year-old Australian, who now resides in Alabama, had a three-day total of 27 pounds, 11 ounces to claim the $51,000 in cash and prizes awarded to the winner.

Bain’s choice of trolling motor is the Minn Kota Maxxum Pro 101 with Universal Sonar2. Her tournament boat also includes two Humminbird fishfinders, the 1197c SI Combo on the console and the 957c Combo on the bow.
