Waukon, Iowa, pro walleye angler, Tommy Skarlis, took first place in the prestigious FLW Walleye Tour Championship hauling in the circuit’s richest purse along the way. The Minn Kota/Humminbird Pro Team member weighed in a final total of 29-pounds, 7-ounces at the Bismarck, ND event to secure the $150,000 top prize. This is the first Tour Championship victory for Skarlis who has previously won the Angler of the Year title as well as four PWT tournaments.

Skarlis’s tournament boat is rigged with a Minn Kota Maxxum Pro 101 with Universal Sonar 2, Minn Kota Engine Mount 101 pound thrust motor, and Humminbird 1197c SI Combo, 997c SI Combo and 787c Combo fishfinders.
