The first victory for Minn Kota Pro Kelly Jordon on the FLW Tournament circuit came in his 40th event and he did it in spectacular fashion. The Mineola, Texas angler caught four bass weighing 23 pounds on the last day of competition to take top honors in the first FLW Tournament of 2005. Jordon’s final day catch included an 8-pound 2-ounce whopper and a 6-plus pounder. For his winning effort at the Lake Okeechobee, Florida event, Jordon took home the $100,000 first-place prize money. Jordon uses a Minn Kota Maxxum 101 lb trolling motor with Universal Sonar.
